South Pars Gas Field is a giant gas reservoir is located in Persian Gulf in a distance of 100 Km from Iranian shore. This field is shared by Iran and Qatar. The South Pars phases 6,7&8 development project is to provide sour gas from 3 offshore platform and sending saturated sour via 3 sub sea pipeline to onshore gas plant. The south pars phases 6,7&8 gas plant is to produce condensate, LPG, Ethan gas for local market & Export. The conditioned gas will be sent to Agha Jari oilfield for injection to depleted oil well for enhancing oil production via 560 KM pipeline. The Capacity of Gas Plant in original Contract was 3,000 MMSCFD which the capacity has been increased to 3900 MMSCFD in Expansion project.

The Onshore project of south pars phases 6,7&8 is performed by the Joint Venture of Toyo, IDRO, JGC, Daelim as EPC contractor.
